Life tenancy: investing in what matters.
Important information
This website is intended for individual investors, families managing wealth across generations, family offices and professional advisers and is for information only. It does not constitute investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or invitation to invest. Capital is at risk.
Life tenancy investments are medium- to long-term and are not instantly liquid. An established specialist resale market provides a potential route to sell before the life tenancy ends. It is smaller than the conventional residential market, so timing, price and buyer availability depend on prevailing conditions. There is no conventional rental income during the life tenancy. The timing of vacant possession is uncertain, property values can rise or fall and returns are not guaranteed.
